1. Authentic Variance & Material Honesty
At iBagsCebu, all products are lovingly shaped by hand with natural, premium full-grain leathers. Minor shade gradients, organic skin textures, fine scars, and visual marblings are not faults. These features represent traditional markers of genuine artisan leatherwork. When you purchase, you accept this beautiful uniqueness.
2. Lifetime Seam Warranty
We stand with unconditional pride behind our stitching standard. Every authentic client of iBagsCebu receives a complimentary Lifetime Seam Warranty. If your bag ever experiences a thread unravel or loose hardware seam, we will repair it free of charge at our Cebu workshop. You only cover the shipping fees.
3. Returns & Exchange Policies
If you change your mind on any unused article, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its complete original state—including tags, security wrapping, dustbags, and premium boxes. Standard return shipping fits the buyer's expense.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Every asset listed on our website—including custom patterns, signature hardware casts, graphic imagery, logo marks, and descriptive text—is owned of right by iBagsCebu. Replication, commercial distribution, or copying our structural designs without written consent is strictly prohibited.
